Öland Roots

Öland Roots is the cosy little festival on southern Öland. The festival takes place in Sandbergen, Stora Frö, and the festival area is an old "People's Park" located in a grove of pine trees just a stone's throw away from the sea. The festival is primarily oriented towards Caribbean music such as reggae and has become known as one of the most pleasant of festivals in the country.

This year Öland Roots is celebrating its 5th year which will mean a little extra celebration in the form of music from well-established European, African and Jamaican artists.

Öland Roots is a festival that is suitable for the whole family and as well as music, there will also be other activities such as workshops and a fire show.
