Emån

Emån is one of Sweden's biggest watercourses and offers both calm, scenic stretches as well as wild rapids for canoeing. The experienced and beginner can find suitable canoeing here. Högsby can also offer canoeing in a number of lakes and flowing watercourses.

Hultsfred
You put in by the bathing area in Järnforsen. The trip continues past Årena, Målilla to Kvillerum, where a take-out is required in order to continue. The route then continues via Rosenfors, to Karlsborg and ends in Ryningsnäs. There are marked resting places, outhouses, garbage cans and barbecue areas along the prepared route.
